These terms cover purchases from Inked Atlas ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Custom, made-to-order products
Every map is generated for the address and options you choose and printed only after you order. You see the exact design in the live preview before paying, so please check spelling, place and style before you check out.
Changes and cancellations
Email us within 2 hours of ordering to change or cancel. After that your order may already be in production and can't be changed.
Our guarantee
If your print arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll reprint it at no cost. See Shipping & our guarantee. Because each piece is personalized, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.
Map data and accuracy
Maps are drawn from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and public US Census data. They are decorative art, not survey or navigation products. New construction can take time to appear in the data. What you see in the preview is what we print.
Your text
You're responsible for the words you add to your map. We may decline orders that contain offensive text or that infringe someone else's rights.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Sales tax is added where required.
Our artwork
The illustration styles, software and designs are ours. Your purchase gives you the physical print for personal display. It doesn't include the right to resell copies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
